Amazing stay with super awesome staff at reception and at their breakfast area. We were warmly welcomed with a super clean and well scented room. The room was very spacious and all amenities necessary. Over and above we had super breakfast with number of items at 6.30 AM with kind and courteous staff. They also have shuttle service which works to and fro via nearest metro station. I would rate a 5 stars for their service and warm gesture.

Gabrielle made our stay exceptional. After a long and frustrating day of travel, he provided the utmost care for us. Travel arrangements, directions, etc. Thank you Gabrielle for saving the day and taking amazing care of us. We will appreciate you every time we think of our stay in Rome.

AMAZING customer service!!! On our first day in Italy, from the United States, our tour group's original hotel got cancelled and we were switched to this hotel. The front desk staff was simply amazing with helping to get in touch with our tour guide and then shuttled us to a grocery store to get an unexpected essential item. David was a lifesaver! Not only was his English perfect (we don't speak Italian), but he also explained to us how to use the air conditioning, he was our shuttle driver, bartender, and waiter!!!! This young man was super professional and simply AMAZING!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Please, please consider giving him a pay raise for ALL of his incredible talents!!!🥰

The hot food offered during breakfast time, was never hot enough. The restaurant in the premises of the hotel should be opened to guests every single day, otherwise what is the point of having it inside the hotel? Thank you
