Te hemos enviado tres email pero queremos felicitar muy especialmente a Claudia en recepción por su amabilidad y apoyo siempre, a Daniel en el restaurante por su disponibilidad de servicio y a Mirco quien nos fue siempre de gran ayuda para nuestros desplazamientos. Very satisfactory. My only issue is about the dining area which was a bit dark. Also, the receiving area had very little sitting area and was a bit dark too.

The cleaning, reception, kitchen & waiting staff were exceptional, the room was comfortable & well kept (despite the view of the bus station) the hotel in general was well run & would recommend it to friends & family as a base for commuting into Rome City. The nearest Metro is 600m away up a slight incline, they run every 10 minutes or so.
