Very disappointed with the shuttle service, It should’ve been addressed that shuttle to the airport is not complimentary. If I was informed, I would’ve been looking for other hotel options who’s a bit more accommodating.

It was a lovely experience
Clean hotel clean room the room service cleaned our room everyday and we would come back as if we were checking in to a brand new room
They had lots of complimentary things in the hotel room which was wonderful
The breakfast was okay not many options for vegetarians but was still nice
The hotel manager fabrizio was wonderful very kind and helpful
He helped us with transportation and greeted us with a smile every morning
Lovely hotel with lovely people just need to improve the breakfast by having more options
