camera un po' rumorosa perchè di fronte ad una rimessa di autobus

Ci dispiace aver saputo solo dopo il suo soggiorno che la sua permanenza presso il nostro hotel non è stata del tutto soddisfacente a cause di rumori proveniente dall'esterno; se lo avessimo saputo prima probabilmente avremmo potuto offrirle una diversa sistemazione.

Faremo del nostro meglio affinché possa ricevere le migliori attenzioni e ci auguriamo di riaverla presto come nostro gradito ospite.

In Linea con le necessità del cliente generale
Le stanze un pochino esposte a rumori di vario tipo ma niente di eccessivamente fastidioso.

if you are going to rome as a tourist never stay there it very hard to get transport to the city

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing your recent stay at the Domidea.
We are so sorry to hear that our Hotel didn't meet your expectations. Referring to your complaint about our location, we are well connected to the city centre. It can be reached by public transport (bus and subway or train from the tor sapienza station which is 500 meters away). In addition, we offer, on request, the shuttle service from and to the metro stations Rebibbia ( line B ) and Repubblica ( Line A ).
With regard to the noises coming from the other floors we are sorry that these have created an inconvenience. We assure you that our staff called customers several times asking to be quiet and during the night even went up to the rooms.
About the reception staff, please accept our apologies if you felt treated in an unkind manner. Usually our staff, as you can read from the other feedbacks, has always had excellent reviews for both professionalism and kindness.
We really hope to welcoming you back soon at our Hotel.

Terrible wouldnt let me dog stay there

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing your recent stay at the Domidea.
We are so sorry to hear that our Hotel didn't meet your expectations at all.
With regard to the noises coming from the other floors we are sorry that these have created an inconvenience. We assure you that our staff called customers several times asking to be quiet and during the night even went up to the rooms.
We have done everything we could do but unfortunately against the rudeness of the customers who caused this inconvenience it was not enough and we are sorry.
Regarding the breakfast and cleaning service, we would have been very pleased to be able to talk to you directly about these complaints, to check if there have been any shortcomings on our part.
As you can read from the reviews, our breakfast room and housekeeping service have always had excellent feedback.
With reference to the room, we recommend that you communicate any discontent to the Reception for future stays, in this way the staff would be able to offer you a different accommodation if necessary.

Would not advise to my friends

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking the time in reviewing your recent stay at the Domidea.
We are so sorry to hear that our Hotel didn't meet your expectations at all and would not advise to your friends.
With regard to the pillows and beds smell we would really appreciated if you advised the reception; in this case we could have checked and if necessary changed room.
Regarding the receptionist that was rude with you, we would like to have more information about it; this comment is unusual for us; as you can read from other review, the kindness of our staff have always had excellent feedback. Anyway, please accept our apologies if you felt treated in an unkind manner.
