Would not advise to my friends

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking the time in reviewing your recent stay at the Domidea.
We are so sorry to hear that our Hotel didn't meet your expectations at all and would not advise to your friends.
With regard to the pillows and beds smell we would really appreciated if you advised the reception; in this case we could have checked and if necessary changed room.
Regarding the receptionist that was rude with you, we would like to have more information about it; this comment is unusual for us; as you can read from other review, the kindness of our staff have always had excellent feedback. Anyway, please accept our apologies if you felt treated in an unkind manner.

La ringraziamo per aver scelto l'Hotel Domidea per il Suo soggiorno a Roma e per aver dedicato il Suo tempo a recensire la nostra struttura.
Il Suo feedback sui nostri standard di accoglienza è fonte di motivazione per noi per continuare a migliorare i servizi che offriamo ed in particolar modo la ringraziamo per aver apprezzato la qualità della nostra accoglienza, dal personale e della pulizia.
In merito alla Prima colazione, non avendo avuto un punteggio pieno, ci avrebbe fatto molto piacere poterne parlare con Lei direttamente, per valutare e capire se ci sono state delle mancanze da parte nostra.
Come potrà leggere dalle recensioni, la nostra sala colazione ha sempre avuto ottimi riscontri, sia per l'abbondanza dei prodotti serviti sia per l'efficienza e la disponibilità del nostro personale.

Lo staff del Domidea farà del suo meglio affinché possa ricevere le migliori attenzioni e sarà felice di accoglierLa nuovamente nei suoi prossimi soggiorni a Roma.

Unfortunately noise outside bedroom & location is the main problem with nothing to do in the hotel no amenities just eating & drinking and poor cleanliness outside The streets are littered broken glass & rubbish! mainly by migrants.

As above , not the best I have stayed and not the worst, but definitely not a 4 star more 3 star. I have stayed in better 3 stars in Italy.
