The hotel is not in a communicative place, the issue of transport is complicated.

We were surprised to read that you found some dust near the bedside table; the cleaning service has always received great reviews as you can read.
If you have informed us of what had happened during your stay, we could have checked and remedied our lack immediately.
Referring to the transportation, we are so sorry but we are not agree with yourcomment.
We are well connected to the centre of Rome: it can be reached by public transport (bus and subway, train from the tor sapienza station which is 500 meters away).
In addition, we offer on request the shuttle service from and to the metro stations Rebibbia ( line B ) and Repubblica ( Line A ).
