Nos gustó mucho, la estadía. Destacan su personal de atención en comedor Iguana, la señor del aseo, muy cuidadosa en su trabajo.
En el área de toallas siempre amables, lo mismo en bar Iguana y el área de pizzas.
Si creo que deben mejorar en lo relacionado con las reposeras, no debiesen quedar reservadas. Eso no es adecuado. Lo mismo el uso de ella por personas que no son huéspedes.

Al hacer un resumen, fue un grata experiencia.

Excelente! Todo estuvo súper bien, el personal es muy able y nos hicieron sentir como en casa.
Sin duda regresaremos.

Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Room was not up to expected standards. The sheets had stains.
Barely any/not a lot of food options for persons who don't eat pork.
Not enough beach towels for the amount of guests checked in which demised our experience. Facilities are not as expected. Not up to date. Overall not a good experience.

The ex experience was generally good. When we arrived we were given a substandard room, and made to pay for the room we originally ordered. I have contacted Air Canada about a refund for that charge. Otherwise the food was good and the atmosphere was good. More chairs around the beach and pool are needed. Great stuff and a good time thank you.
