Mal, el primer día me enviaron a otro hotel por problemas con la luz y eso se entiende.
En el restaurante sentí que me trataron con racismo, cuando yo pague para no recibir ese trato. Fue en cielito lindo ayer en la mañana de: Sandra, Jorge Canul del bar, Manuela de los huevos que me los dió crudos y después pedí tacos de barbacoa toda fría.
No me hicieron la limpieza de la habitación 3106, quisieron hacerla pero ya era muy tarde.
También se fue la luz una hora y media la luz y no me cambiaron de habitación.

Our first room was dirty an not what we are expected.
Second was bit better.

Staff are extremely friendly and help full. Spa massage was lovely. Breakfast and lunch favourites for food. Nice range of drinks. Sex on the beach being a favorite. Was a lovely stay. First night wasn't amazing we were put in a not so nice room not happy after a 12 hour flight. Lots of maintenance going on as off peak time I think so was quite noisy. Sunbeds were hard to get unless your up at 5 am to get them.

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, las instalaciones muy limpias y accesibles, la comida deliciosa.
Una felicitación para Eduardo el guardavidas y Cristina que nos apoyaron con la persona con discapacidad que nos acompañó.

Overall it was great except for the food at the beach restaurant which was just ok. The patio door in our room was very difficult to open and close and the shower head was not working very well with minimum water.
