It was good. Some staff were friendly others were not. You may want to improve in the food choices for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The rooms need upgrading to represent the exterior of the resort. Also, you may want to put signage at the pool areas indicating how many feet or how deep the pools are.

El trato de las personas que atienden lo restaurantes es muy clasista, si habla inglés se portan atentos y amables si eres mexicano o simplemente no hablas inglés no te atienden con amabilidad tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor y en lo personal hay publicidad engañosa nos dieron un habitación muy deteriorada con olor humedad y en condiciones no aptas para hospedar. El tema de la comida es limitado, el personal no te no te dejan tomar más alimentos
