Amazing!! Everyone was so accommodating and friendly!! Huge shout-out to a few of the amazing employees, Guadalupe started our day with awesome breakfast service, Apolinar and Edilberto and Jorge kept us well hydrated throughout the day around the pool, including providing us with delivery service and special drinks when they could. Our evenings were mostly spent with Gerardo and his amazing staff at Cielito Lindo. Special drinks, and wonderful food were had. Overall one of the best vacations ever!! Gracias.

Average. Would not return. The hotel is run down and is need of a refurbish. The staff needs to treat all guesses the same . It was noticed locals were treated better at times. The restaurant needs more variety of foods . Often at dinner the hot food was not hot at all....cold dinner. Need more coffee stations. There were areas on the property that was in disrepair. Not pleased at all.
