un vrai plaisir de dormir dans cette hotel et en plus une navette du casino à l'hotel est très pratique

whilst the hotel location was ideal and staff friendly, however I booked the hotel as it showed rooms were air conditioned. Trouble is they did nothing to cool the room and the display panel had been disabled to prevent the temperature being set. I complained but all I was told was this was because it was automatic, which was a rather pathetic excuse. I think we all know real reason is lack of maintenance or savings on operating costs, either way shows contempt for customers !!

I would visit Saint Valery en Caux again but not at this hotel.

bel hotel , bien situé a 5 mn du centre ville. chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons diné au restaurant , excellente cuisine copieuse et raffinée . a recommander vivement.

Très bon accueil et belles prestations.
La VMC dans la salle de bains fait un peu trop de bruit, mais le problème est résolu avec la porte fermée.
