My main issue with your Hotel was the level of service. On the Sunday of our stay we came back from a day out in Etretat. We arrived back at the Hotel at around 16.00. We asked for some drinks, my wife asked for a coffee & I asked for a cold lager as it was a warm day. We were told by the re eptionist & the restraunt that we could not have any drinks until after 18.00. I asked why and wastold this was Hotel policy. I asked to speak to the Duty Manager and was told nobody was available. The reason I was told I could not get a drink was because there was no staff to serve me
I requested to speak to theManager on the Monday, but he or she did not come back to me
For a three star hotel this is unsatisfactory and as such I would not stay here again

We stayed in St Valery to visit friends. The hotel served our needs well and we would not hesitate to use the hotel again . My one complaint was that the pillows were lumpy and need replacing.

Hôtel très confortable et personnel très accueillant. Le restaurant est agréablement décoré et la présentation est soignée mais les plats servis ne sont définitivement pas à la hauteur. Peut-être serait-il intéressant de miser sur la qualité des produits plutôt que sur des détails du service (du type enlever les miettes de pain avec un petit grattoir)
