Très bon emplacement en centre ville, non loin de la cathédrale et du métro.
Endroit calme.
Parking éventuel.
Carte de transport pour 24 h

We had a great experience. The hotel was quiet but convenient to the old town and to the metro. The staff was wonderful! The room was very warm since it was in the front and had no air conditioning, but the staff got us a fan and we left the window open and the temperature was fine.

Very nice stay, the only thing I would complain about is a very odd smell in the small studio room I stayed in, everything semred clean jut I couldn't get over the smell

Thank you for your review. About the smell in your studio we will directly find a way to don't have it anymore. Otherwise, you could have asked at the reception a spray dispenser.

We felt very welcome in this hotel. Not impersonal, busy, big business but caring hosts for tired travelers. Thank you!

Overall it was good, there were chairs and table behind and in front of the hotel to have rest.

Il bagno era molto piccolo e non funzionava la ventola per l'areazione. I letti erano comodi.
Le brioche per la colazione erano piccole e di pessima qualità.

La ringraziamo per aver scelto la nostra struttura e speriamo che abbia trascorso un soggiorno gradevole a Losanna. Teniamo a precisare che l'impianto di areazione in svizzera è privo di ventole collegate alla corrente elettrica e non vi sono pulsanti per poterlo azionare ma nonostante questo è funzionante e permette un ricambio di aria e evacuazione degli odori all'interno degli ambienti. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, ogni eventuale critica dei nostri clienti viene presa in considerazione per poter migliorare in futuro la qualità del servizio e dei prodotti. Ci stupisce pero' la sua critica in quanto verificando il suo conto non abbiamo trovato nessuna colazione fatturata. Con la speranza di averla in futuro di nuovo come ospite del nostro hotel, la ringraziamo sentitamente.

Une chambre moyenne pour le prix ,102 euros ,un peu cher pour un 2 étoiles avec une baignoire sous le toit ,(obliger de se doucher accroupi!!!!).

D'un point de vue tarifaire, vous étiez dans une chambre quadruple pour 102 euros, ce qui n'est pas chère en comparaison des tarifs suisses. Concernant la baignoire, il s'agit de l'unique chambre à en disposer, et effectivement nos chambres familiales sont sous les toits ce qui fait parti de leur charme.
