I arrived late and the reception was closed. I had no phone and kept outside, till I find someone to help. People should be explained that if they come late they need to call the centre to get a code for a temporary key (which does not work very well). One night the regular card did not work when I went to the bathroom at 1am; and I need to call the emergency centre again; I was given a temporary card which did not work and need to call again.
The procedure is acceptable but need to be known in advance, and password of the access of the temporary card should be sent to customers though emails. Not everyone got a phone, nor find one, at 1am
