It was nice I wished I had understood better. The first night I had to fill a form to ask different food for breakfast. The man at the reception explained that they will bring breakfast to me on a tray. I assumed that they will bring it in my room.
I waited, waited, and my breakfast never arrived. Later the receptionist told me that I should have come to the dining room.
I was not sorry for the second day I had a very bad breakfast.

Wir waren mit allem soweit zu frieden. Außer das man sie mit dem Auto nur wenn man Glück anfahren kann. Die Parkplatz Suche ist sehr nervig.

Das Hotel Esplanade ist ein gepflegtes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage Kölns. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist prima, das Frühstück reichhaltig und gut.

Angebot Frühstück ok.
Leider war der Service an diesem Tag nicht so wie gewohnt. Es wurde nicht, wie sonst, aufgefüllt. Keine Eier, Käse, Körnerbrötchen oder Körnerbrot. Der Service sprach kein Deutsch oder Englisch und waren sehr überfordert.

Ein angenehmes, kleines Hotel. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Rezeption ist durchgehend mit freundlichem Personal besetzt. Es liegt an einer belebten Straße mit Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
