Nous formulons une simple remarque sur la porte de l ascenseur qui est « violente «  lors de l ouverture et fermeture.

Gemütliches Hotel nah am Hafen

Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel wieder wählen. Der Parkplatz ist praktisch. Die Lage am See und nahe zur Altstadt ist ideal. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Wir können das Hotel Europa absolut empfehlen.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms and very friendly service. The location in the heart of beautiful Desenzano del Garda makes it possible to enjoy local attractions in the city itself, but also around Garda lake. At the same time, the few minutes walking distance from old town ensures calmer atmosphere.
Worth to notice is the care for the customer. We booked this hotel for short holidays in May. Unfortunately, due to worldwide Covid-19 crisis our trip had to be cancelled. After one request we obtained a long-term valid voucher, which we could use for our stay in September. We will definitely book this hotel again once coming back to Desenzano del Garda!

Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Bei Anreise haben wir allerdings Hinterhofzimmer bekommen, obwohl wir Seeblick gebucht hatten. Barrierefreiheit war für einen unserer Mitreisenden auch von Belang und danach hatte ich bei Buchung auch gefragt und trotzdem hatte das Zimmer eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Alles diese Dinge wurden nach Protest unsererseits am nächsten Tag zu unserer Zufriedenheit beseitigt, außerdem gab es zum Schluss noch einen kleinen Nachlass für die erste Nacht. Der Reisebeginn war allerdings getrübt.
