Had a lovely family holiday. All staff were friendly and went out of their way to meet your needs. A very relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and the breakfast was great. The location was perfect for our needs and I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Emma was brilliant and went out of her way to make us an early breakfast. Always cheerful . Thank you to all at hotel europa Wil. Definitely return.
