You can always tell the quality of a company by how it reacts when something unexpected happens. When I had a minor ‘problem’, the team found a straightforward and quick solution – you can absolutely rely on them. Combined with the fact that there was nothing else to complain about, I’m more than happy to award the maximum number of points. Thanks!

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for this wonderful review and for the maximum rating! We completely agree that the true test of hospitality is how we handle the unexpected, and we are thrilled to hear that our team resolved your issue quickly and effectively. Knowing that you felt fully supported and had a flawless stay is the best reward for us. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!
