My experience would have been improved if the hotel had a bar, there was no opportunity to meet
people. You had to leave the hotel if you wanted just a drink ,as opposed to wine with your food.
I didn't like the low level of lighting in the hotel or my room, it gave the place a depressing feel about it.
Lastly the view from my single room, was the very worst view I have ever looked out onto whilst in a hotel.
Room 418 would be better suited to a storage room of some sort. It backed on to the rear of other buildings which were in a dilapidated state, with crumbling plasterwork and half dressed windows , bins , a dead bird on an outbuilding
just horrible, I kept the curtains closed. I realise that single rooms are often the ones with the least attractive views
but given that the hotel was virtually empty , I think I could have been placed in a better room. I have to say in all fairness that I didn't ask to be moved. Nope I'm sticking with four star from now on.

Very good stay. Great location near to Railway Station and not far from City Centre. Clean hotel, friendly staff.

overall very good , room provisioning and cleaning inconsistent .Good breakfast but could do with a modern coffee machine . Thank you for a nice holiday
