Sehr gutes Hotel, in dem Komfort und Service stimmen, Frühstück top, Sauberkeit tadellos, mir hat im Zimmer zur 100-prozentigen Zufriedenheit eigentlich nur noch ein bequemer Sessel gefehlt, für den in der Zimmerecke genügend Platz wäre.

Shocked to learn that our room required ascending steep staircase - impossible for us. had to return to reception and request room change. Made me VERY unhappy.

We realise that your stay was less enjoyable as a result, and we are very sorry that you were so dissatisfied with your initial room assignment.
However, we are glad that we were able to find a solution and assign you a room with no stairs.

This is a beautiful, small hotel. The location was great- right near the train. It was walking distance of the sites we wanted to visit. We were very pleased with everything about this hotel.
