Angenehmes Ambiente, gute Lage ( aktuell viel Baustelle in der Schützenstrasse), Parkhauslösung für Innenstadtverhältnisse gut gelöst, alle Infos vorhanden, Inventar etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Excellent, from check-in till check-out. We had a great experience. Spacious room, fine breakfast and the Vinotheck was an excellent place to have a relaxed dinner. We are looking forward to our next stay at Excelsior by Geisel.

It was good, the mattress was as hard as a rock, would not stay here again because of that 100%. No one really smiles at this hotel , just one man did every time I saw him. The staff when you breakfast never smiles to greet you.

Excellent amenities. Loved the radiant floor heating in the bathroom. Also appreciated the unique nightstands/ mini fridge combo. Every detail was lovely, from automatic light feature for the closet to the frosted glass doors with the etched name of the hotel. Also convenient location shopping and train station and buses.

Ich komme immer sehr gern ins Excelsior, weil ich dort immer sehr höflich und freundlich empfangen werde, die Zimmer top ausgestattet sind, ich dort sehr gut schlafen kann. Auf Wünsche wird schnell reagiert und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist auch perfekt - ich kann direkt vor der Haustür in die U2 einsteigen und bin sowohl im Büro als auch in der Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten.
