just the noise from the trains is disturbing apart from that everything was perfect

Komplikation mit Bezahlung bei Check In via Booking.com (obwohl über diese Webseite bei anderen noch nie Probleme gab)
Sonntagfrüh roch das Badezimmer nach Erbrochenem, ich nehme an, dass das durch die Lüftungsschlitze kam.

Als Hotel halten wir uns immer an die Zahlungsrichtlinien, die uns durch den Drittanbieter (in diesem Fall booking.com) übermittelt werden. Bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten zu diesen Zahlungsrichtlinien wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an den Drittanbieter, da dieser der richtige Ansprechpartner für solche Anliegen ist. Wir sind jedoch froh, dass das Problem inzwischen geklärt werden konnte.

Es tut uns auch leid, dass Sie am Sonntagmorgen einen unangenehmen Geruch im Badezimmer festgestellt haben. Aufgrund Ihrer Schilderung gehen wir davon aus, dass es sich hierbei um ein einmaliges Vorkommen handelte. Wir werden der Ursache gern aber nochmals auf den Grund gehen, um sicherzustellen, dass so etwas nicht wieder vorkommt.

Eingang und Parkplatz situation im Moment mit die Baustelle gegenüber ist sehr ungunstig und nicht attraktiv bei diese Jahreszeit

Love the walk-in closet. The chandelier is dangerous. I hit my hand on it when taking off a shirt! And I very much prefer hotels that provide coffee in the room.

freundlicher Empfang, schönes und ruhiges Zimmer; sauber, auch im Bad.
Die Leistung des Kühlschrankes war fragwürdig. Das gekühlte Getränk hatte +/- Zimmertemperatur. Das WLAN könnte Leistungsstärker sein.
