320 …. Sehr altes Zimmer. Hätte gerne eine Dusche gehabt.

Wir wohnten im Zimmer 321. Es war sehr laut. Die Fenster haben keine Schalldämmung.

I stayed for two nights, Friday and Saturday, Feb 14-15, during the Munich Security Conference, which I realize is a period of very high demand for hotels and restaurants. I was given room 115, which I expect is among the least attractive rooms in the hotel, if not in fact the least worst. I frankly found this gesture quite insulting. I travel extensively for business and pleasure and occasionally have this sort of unpleasant, annoying experience. The room was dark, its window looks out on a very unappealing neighboring roof window structure. In the evenings, when I went to bed, there was noise through the walls from neighboring plumbing. If I had not been so rushed when I arrived, I would have immediately objected to the room and demanded another, or moved somewhere else. I will not be returning to this hotel and will not recommend it.

First we had a wrong room so we needed to move after we already put our clothes in the closet. Than we had a room with street view but this is impossible to sleep with the noice of traffic ! So we moved again to another room ... .

Fui infeliz na escolha do hotel, péssima localização, quase em frente a estação de trem, um barulho terrível, janelas não vedavam, café da manhã fraquissimo, room service nunca atendia e serviço muito limitado, não tinha batata frita e chocolate quente!
