Too loud, two single beds with rolls, wtf

The double beds in our Classic category do have rolling features, which allows us to offer twin beds upon request. We understand this may not have met your expectations, and we will review this to ensure a more comfortable experience in the future.

I really like your small and very cosy family hotel located in the centre of Munich. Friendly staff, friendly and polite, cleanliness in the room, comfortable bed, delicious breakfasts, quick registration at the reception, all this makes you want to come back to the Excelsior Hotel..

Lage des Hotels sehr gut, Lage des Zimmers an der Straße mit starkem nächtlichen Straßenbahnverkehr und -lärm für uns unerträglich!

Wir bedauern jedoch, dass der Lärm des Straßenbahnverkehrs in der Nacht Ihren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat. Unsere zentrale Lage kann in einigen Fällen zu etwas mehr Geräuschen führen, besonders in Zimmern zur Straßenseite.
