Beautiful room, very clean, comfortable and with many amenities. The service was friendly and professional.
The location is excellent. A few meters from the Hauptbahnhof metro station to go anywhere. Also, walking distance to the main station, München Hauptbahnhof, and to Maximilianstraße, Marienplatz area. Great location. Highly recommended.

The room were big and enough space for two but we were not happy with the housekeeping service as sometime it was not completed, eg. leaving shower heads in the bath tub (in the middle of cleaning bathtub? uncleaned glasses were on the table and not replaced with the new ones, lack of toiletteries. The tissues were not re-filled and we were lack of that on the last day.

Schade, dass die Vinothek geschlossen war, und es auch Abends keine Chance gab, im Hotel noch etwas zu drinken. Das Zimmer war extrem klein.

We stayed at Excelsior for the first few nights of our honeymoon and it was wonderful. The front desk staff was so kind upon our greeting and helpful. We arrived. very early in the morning from the US and they let us store our luggage for the day until our room was ready. We received champagne upon arrival which was a nice treat. In our room was a bottle of wine and cute not for our honeymoon which was much appreciated. We booked a reservation at the hotel restaurant as well and it was an AMAZING dining experience. We loved everything about your hotel and hope to have the chance to come back!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend Christmas! The room was spacious, felt homely and had a very comfortable bed. All staff were very kind and helpful. Location was also perfect. Highly recommend!

Great stay! Location was perfect, convenient to altstadt and train station. Hotel was lovely and comfortable. Staff were always very helpful and friendly.
