Although we only stayed one night overall we had a very good experience. The only part that let the hotel down was at the checkout where the man at the front desk was more interested in his computer screen than us. Another person who was already helping another guest had to tell him to attend to us. The rest of the staff were very helpful and polite.

A very pleasant stay! A very quiet room, super clean, diverse and good quality breakfast and very nice and helpful staf! We plan to stay again at Excelsior by Geisel when we visit Munich again!

Less than 10 mins walk from Munich HBF. Got a Rewe supermarket nearby. Excellent neighborhood. Staff were extremely professional. Quick check in & check out. Clean & big rooms/ toilets. Comfy beds & pillows. Good quality & abundant toiletries. Amazingly clean premises. Overall an amazing stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Delightful hotel , location perfect for the train station and all the staff were very helpful especially when I needed to reset the safe.

Everything was really good, the only problem was the construction site that we saw ot of the window
