Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksrestaurant. Frisches Angebot am Frühstücksbüffet. Käseauswahl könnte größer seinDie Obstauswahl und Gemüseauswahl auch. Sauberkeit wird großgeschrieben. Die Ankunft könnte etwas herzlicher ausfallen.

Das Hotel ist rundum sehr gepflegt und der Service ist hervorragend. Unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich rundum Willkommen und für die Zeit des Aufenthalts einfach "zu Hause". Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Der einzige Punkt, welchen wir sehr schade fanden, dass es die Hotelbar nicht mehr gibt. Aber das ist in der Tat "jammern auf hohem Niveau". Wir würden dennoch jederzeit wiederkommen und

Breakfast buffet was very good. The breakfast staff are very attentive and offer different hot meals. The food is frequently refreshed. The bread is excellent. We will look forward to coming back!

Great hotel! Staff exceptional all around.
Room was a nice size for a solo traveller.
Breakfast standard fare and appreciated the eggs to order!
Doesn't seem to have air conditioning, just heat (when needed). Thankfully I could open the window as needed. Facing south the room got quite warm even though it's cool outside.
Street noise (esp the trams) will definately bother some guests.

Stilistisch traditionelles Hotel, dass keineswegs altmodisch in Service und Kundenbetreuung ist. Hat sehr gut gefallen!
Auffällig waren die extrem aufmerksamen Servicemitarbeitenden, die sich persönlich liebevoll gekümmert haben.
Einziger Schmerzpunkt: Das Einzelzimmer, das weder über Stuhl, Tisch oder Klimaanlage verfügt. Im Rahmen aber vollkommend ausreichend.
Als Tagungs-/Schulungshotel eine gute Wahl!

The Hotel is well located for seeing the sights and is charming and comfortable.
