EXCELLENT! I loved the professionalism of the staff, the fact that I could really control the room temperature, that the room was quiet (as I had requested), the nice bathtub, the location-close to the REWE and the train station, that the room key was easy to use, the comfortable bed, and the cleanliness of the room. The bonus was having a bathrobe and slippers, to boot! THANK YOU.

Overall a good experience, staff were super friendly and very helpful just a few things to improve on.
1. Free bottles water supplied would be good even if it’s filtered tap in a reusable glass bottle. Sinks are so small you can’t get a bottle under the tap to refill .
2. The towels are thin and very worn definitely need to be upgraded .
3. Ensure all lights are working our wardrobe lights were not .

Gutes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück und sehr netten Mitarbeitern.

From looking at the pictures previous to our arrival on your website we were disappointed with the basic standard of the suite room number 457. I thought the room was very old fashioned and lacked a wellcoming, plush feeling. The views from the room were awful. The balcony was dirty and looking at the decomposed bird on the bird netting was like a scene from a horror movie. Not a nice view for children. To add to our disappointment my wife and I were riddled with insect bites all over our bodies from the bed also. The space in the room was good. The staff in the hotel were excellent and the restaurant was excellent also. Unfortunately, our experience at your hotel was disappointing.

Regarding the insect bites, we can assure you that we have strict pest control measures in place to ensure that there is no infestation. However, we acknowledge that mosquitoes can be an issue during the summer months.
