Thank you very much for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I truly appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the hotel and its excellent location, which made it easy to explore Munich at a relaxed pace. The overall ambiance felt calm and refined, and I was able to rest well during my time there.

Your team was professional and helpful throughout my stay. When I returned to collect my luggage, I was asked to confirm that I was a guest. I completely understand the importance of security, and the situation was resolved quickly. Perhaps checking the luggage tag first could make the experience even smoother for future guests.

Overall, I felt well taken care of and enjoyed my stay. Thank you again for your hospitality.

ミュンヘン駅から近く、空港バスの停留所からも近くすごく便利です。
ノイシュバンシュタイン城のバスツアーの集合場所もホテルから近く立地が良いです。
フロントの方もすごくフレンドリーでした。

Location was horrible no access due to construction very difficult to find. No lobby to really sit and relax.
