Sehr schönes Hotel, toller Service! Hat alles wunderbar gepasst! Einzig der Alte Teppichboden, könnte durch Parkett ersetzt werden!

Excelsior it's our home away from home. We come to this hotel for over 10 years at least three, four times a year and we will probably continue to come because we feel at home...People are all very nice, rooms are very clean and equipped with everything we need so that we feel good. We have no reason to look for another location for our visits to Munich

A great experience! The room is very comfortable, spacious and clean with l’occitane toiletries! Only negative is that our room type didn’t have air conditioning (which is mentioned on their website) and so room was warm as the weather was very hot!
Location by subway excellent. Staff lovely, and stunning decor throughout. Would stay here again.

Loved location… easy walk to train station and city cathedrals and markets! Great buffet breakfast and reasonable mini bar prices! Will definitely stay there again!! You can request a room with a/c if you need it…I did not mind our room without a/c. They had a stand up fan in there which we used, plus you can open the window a bit

Der allgemeine Eindruck durchaus zufriedenstellend, Zimmer 201 jedoch räumlich beengt. Im TV-Programmangebot fehlen alle ORF-Sender und Servus-TV (Distanz gegenüber dem Nachbarland?).
