Staff was great. Hotel was nice. There was no air conditioning in the room, and a very noisy street below our windows that we needed to keep open for fresh/cool air

Das Einchecken war unerfreulich. Erst konnte meine (ziemlich kurzfristige) Buchung nicht gefunden werden. Dann sollte ich 10 Minuten auf eine Kollegin warten, die offensichtlich bei REWE noch einkaufen war, zwischenzeitlich hieß es, dass die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie ausgebucht wäre und am Ende musste man sich erst noch davon überzeugen, dass das Zimmer auch gereinigt war ….

Clean and comfortable room in a nice hotel with a great location. Being on the top floor, it did get quite hot in the room and while we appreciated the fan that was provided, it was quite noisy which wasn't ideal when we were trying to sleep. Overall we had a good stay.

The room was clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated in Bavarian style. Thank you to the household team for keeping my room clean and tidy and making me feel at home, and thank you to Joseph for showing me the important signs to check out. I loved the surfing although I did not try it !!!
