Wonderful stay in a comfortable apartment in a great locatio. The breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Norman. Reception staff and housekeeping staff wonderful.

Nis gustó la habitación, muy amplia, la cama muy cómoda. La dotación del baño muy completa.
La ubicación muy buena.
Sólo un aspecto negativo, no tenía aire acondicionado .
El personal muy amable.

no refrigerator. water pot leaks.

For future stays, we recommend booking a higher room category, which includes amenities such as a minibar or refrigerator.
We also hope that the water kettle at the reception has been replaced.

The Excelsior was a comfortable oasis in a dirty part of Munich. Could use tea and coffee making facilities in room
