Der „Alpine Room“ 221, den man mir für die erste Nacht gegeben hat, war eine dunkle Kammer mit einem zerrissenen Vorhang. Für 450 Eur die Nacht (EM) eine glatte Zumutung. Normalerweise wäre ich abgereist, aber München war voll. Darf man so nicht anbieten, ausser man will die Kunden nachhaltig verärgern. Zimmerwechsel war erst am Folgetag möglich, da war der Schaden schon angerichtet. Personal war freundlich, zT etwas überfordert.

vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns Ihr Feedback zu geben. Wir haben uns Ihr Zimmer im Detail nochmals angesehen. Wir würden es nicht als dunkle Kammer bezeichnen.
Es handelt sich um ein ordentliches Zimmer, unsere Alpinzimmer sind immerhin 25 - 34 m² groß. Aber leider war der Vorhang tatsächlich defekt. Dieser wird ausgetauscht werden.

Zur absoluten Hochsaison, d.h. EM in München liegen die Preise tatsächlich über dem Durchschnitt, das ist bei uns wie in ganz München der Fall. Und zu dieser Zeit sind auch unsere Mitarbeiter gefordert. Deshalb freut es uns das Sie wertgeschätzt haben, dass diese freundlich waren. Danke dafür.

Wir schätzen Ihre konstruktive Kritik sehr und werden sie nutzen, um das Erlebnis für alle unsere Gäste zu optimieren.

Wir hoffen, Sie in Zukunft wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und Ihre Erwartungen zu übertreffen.

Very nice hotel. The staff were all courteous and helpful. Convenient location near the train station, the main sightseeing areas and the Radius tours meeting point. Very nice breakfast room.

Das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Das Abendessen in der angrenzenden Vinothek war auch exzellent.
