Zimmer sehr komfortabel für drei Personen. Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmerservice sehr gut. Lage in der Stadt ideal für An-und Abreise per Bahn sowie Stadttouren.

I booked two rooms. One for adult children, the other myself and my wife. Our children's room was fine, although hot. My room smelled of cigarette smoke and just not a sense of clean. Front desk helped us to change to another room. This room was clean. We did have an issue on our second night that the toilet overflowed. Was not due to a flushing issue. Happened by itself. Toilet overflowed to floor. The sink and shower would also not drain. This was midnight to 1:00 am in morning. Only one person at desk. He helped getting me some additional towels to soak up water but could do nothing else. Could not use toilet and no rooms available to switch to for night. In morning staff had plumber look at issue. Room was also hot. Could not cool down.

I am deeply sorry for the disappointing experience you had during your recent stay with us. It is unacceptable that the room assigned to you did not meet our standard of cleanliness and comfort.

I understand that the room initially allocated to you smelled of cigarette smoke and did not feel adequately clean. While we were able to move you to another room that was clean, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the bathroom issues you encountered on the second night. The toilet overflowed unexpectedly, and despite our efforts to manage the situation promptly, including providing additional towels, I regret that we were unable to fully resolve the problem during your stay due to the late hour and limited availability of rooms.

Moreover, I apologize for the discomfort caused by the temperature of the room, which we failed to adequately cool down.

Please know that we take your feedback seriously and are actively addressing the maintenance and cleanliness issues to ensure they do not recur. Your experience does not reflect the high standard of service we strive to provide to all our guests.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to restore your faith in our hotel during your future visits.

Very good. Convenient location, easy access to train and subway stations. Walking to shopping and old town is within 10 mins. Friendly front desk staff as well.

Der Parkservice wurde eingestellt, was ärgerlich ist. Der Portier am Abend ist unhöflich und begrüßt keine Gäste sondern starrt demotiviert krampfhaft auf den Bildschirm. Ansonsten ist das Personal freundlich, das Frühstück sehr gut und die reduzierten Parkgebühren (pro Tag nur noch 15,- €) sind sehr angenehm. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man am Stachus, oder noch wesentlich kürzer, am HBH München.

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels mitten in der Stadt. U-Bahn Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel.
Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die angeschlossene Vinothek ist auch sehr gut.

We were not advised that not all rooms had air conditioning. Our room did not have air conditioning and it was over 30 degree weather. A window was broken preventing us from using it, so we were offered a fan. We spent 2 sleepless nights with a very hot uncomfortable room. We also had permanent screens pulled down to attempt to block the sun but obviously no enjoyment of Munich to even see the sky. The drain the bathtub was plugged, we asked for it to be cleared, which we were told would be taken care of with a few hours. No one came, so we had to shower in ankle deep water, and a permanently dirty tub. Just not the Munich experience we were looking for. The woman at the concierge desk refused a room change and was not understanding or friendly in any way. Again, not the Munich experience we have had elsewhere.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during your stay. Our deluxe rooms are equipped with air conditioning, but other rooms are not. For future stays, we recommend booking a room with air conditioning if needed, especially during hot summer conditions.

We regret that the bathtub drain was clogged and our promise to resolve it promptly was not fulfilled. Showering in ankle-deep water in a permanently dirty tub is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.

We greatly appreciate your constructive criticism and will use it to enhance the experience for all our guests.

Zimmer selber tip top. Allerdings Seite Strasse (428) sehr laut. Ohne geschlossene Fenster ist an Schlafen nicht zu denken. Und bei geschlossenen Fenster heiss im Zimmer!?!
Man könnte deswegen, vor allem bei nicht ausgebuchtem Hotel, darauf Rücksicht nehmen!
