Very good location, great service. Room service could be better by washing used glasses

Everything was lovely. The front desk was incredibly helpful and the room was well equipped and very clean.

Wonderfully helpful staff. Everyone was vey polite. Very Clean hotel in perfect location from old town and train station. Walking distance to everything

This is a nice stylish hotel that enjoys an excellent location in central Munich. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is excellent. The only problem I faced was the internet in my room.

we paid for a "Deluxe" room. What we got was a bed and a toilet. The other people in our party had "Classic" rooms with chairs and couches, bidet, large tubs. When I asked for a different room, I was told that deluxe was about the air conditioning, not the size of the room. Would have been nice to know that before booking. The experience completely tainted my trip. I would not recommend eating at their restaurant unless you want to pay $60 Euro for boiled potatoes and asparagus.

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the differences between room types. However, our room descriptions are clearly communicated on our website. Unfortunately, it is also not possible for us to change rooms during times when we are fully booked.

Regarding your dining experience, we would like to clarify that our dish with asparagus and boiled potatoes costs 25 euro, which is within a comparable price range for Munich. We regret if you found this to be too expensive.
