Very attentive service. Clean, well appointed rooms. A bit of street noise during the night for outer facing rooms.

Grundsätzlich sehr schön und gediegen aber -insbesondere das Bad - ein bisschen aus der Zeit gefallen. Duschvorhang geht heute gar nicht mehr. Aber auch die nicht schallisolierten Fenster lassen den Lärm der Straßenbahn gefühlt ungebremst ins Zimmer. Die Öffnungszeiten der Vinothek hab ich nicht durchschaut, sobald ich noch mit Freunden auf ein Gläschen vorbeischauen wollte war diese geschlossen. Auch am Samstag Abend! Die Bar gibt´s nur als Restbestand aus besseren Tagen? Frühstück dagegen sehr OK. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist , wenn wohl auch nicht im Einflussbereich des Hotels, aber dennoch recht umständlich.

Es freut uns, dass Sie das gediegene Ambiente unseres Hauses sowie das Frühstück als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Ihr Lob geben wir gerne an das Team weiter, denn eine gelungene Stärkung am Morgen liegt uns besonders am Herzen.

Ihre Hinweise zur Badausstattung und zu den Fenstern haben wir aufmerksam zur Kenntnis genommen und hinterlegt. Gleichzeitig möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass wir über modernisierte Zimmerkategorien verfügen, darunter Doppelzimmer Deluxe, Doppelzimmer Premium, Alpin-Zimmer sowie unsere Junior Suite Deluxe, die mit modernem Komfort und frischem Design überzeugen.

Dass Sie die Öffnungszeiten unserer Vinothek als nicht klar und die Bar als wenig einladend empfunden haben, bedauern wir sehr. Ihre Rückmeldung nehmen wir zum Anlass, unser Angebot sowie die Kommunikation zu den Öffnungszeiten im Haus zu überprüfen, damit unsere Gäste auch am Abend gesellig zusammenkommen können.

Auch dass die Parksituation für Sie umständlich war, bedauern wir, auch wenn dies zum Teil außerhalb unseres unmittelbaren Einflusses liegt. Wir arbeiten fortlaufend daran, unseren Gästen das Ankommen und den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
