Overall everything was fine, except for not having air conditioning in the room.

wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Ihnen sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, der Blick direkt ins Grüne auf einem Baum. Das Frühstück war reichlich und umfangreich. Die Lage am Bahnhof für uns, die wir nicht mehr gerne mit dem Auto anreisen aus Frankfurt bzw. Düsseldorf, war ideal, der Eingang zur U Bahn nur ein paar Meter entfernt vom Hoteleingang. Man ist schnell in der Stadtmitte per ÖPNV oder zu Fuss, alles schnell und gut erreichbar. Aussderdem schätzen wir familiengeführte Privathotels. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Room size is decent, and the interior design of the room is amazingly beautiful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Customer service is good.
It is a two-minute walk to the train station.

It was such a lovely experience except that the wifi in the room didn't work at all, it was very frustrating as you couldn't do any travel planning online.
