Really good experience. I was offered a complementary upgrade to a room with air-con due to the weather. Great hotel and a good location.

Very gorgeous room but without ac however it's fine with window open. Service was great and 10euro green voucher was wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially after an upgrade to a deluxe room with air conditioning because it was very hot in Munich while we were there. One problem we had was the drive to the hotel was extremely challenging. Evev Google map had difficulty guiding us to the hotel. I am not sure there is anything g the hotel management can do for that.

It's a nice hotel with good service. However, nowadays not having air conditioning in all the rooms seems a little out of date. The carpets on the way up to the room were also a bit shabby and the bathroom need renovating, it isn't comfortable to shower in.

Hervorragende Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Hauptbahnhof und Karlsplatz. Freundlicher Empfang und zügiger Check-in. Komfortable Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Restaurant Vinothek mit Atmosphäre und Charme, hervorragendem Essen, attraktiver Weinauswahl und tadellosem Service. Für uns eine der besten Adressen in München.

Very good service
Would me choice to come back to Munich.
Of note at breakfast Eggs 🍳 over easy and omelette tended to be consistently over-cooked.

Great hotel service overall. The location to the center and attractions was so close, within walking distance. Breakfast was wonderful and the service staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds very comfortable.
