were really not satisfied with the room. We arrived with 5 people during the expensive period of the Bauma exhibition. We paid for two rooms, one facing the street and the other room we got facing the wall!!!
It is impudence that you asked for such an expensive price for a room facing the wall
It is impossible that you do not mention such a thing in the reservation, it is a kind of fraud that enlightens the customer in a situation where there is no choice.

Enjoyed the big room, plenty of space & decorated nicely. Found the room noisy (1st night was very noisy being a Saturday) Personally Mattress was firm which I did not like unfortunately & no kettle(I did ask at reception & they did say none in a classic room but could help out with hot water if needed)
