Excelent experience overall. I have only some comments about the shower/bathtub. I believe it is a bit dangerous for some elderly people, or for people with mobility difficulties.

were really not satisfied with the room. We arrived with 5 people during the expensive period of the Bauma exhibition. We paid for two rooms, one facing the street and the other room we got facing the wall!!!
It is impudence that you asked for such an expensive price for a room facing the wall
It is impossible that you do not mention such a thing in the reservation, it is a kind of fraud that enlightens the customer in a situation where there is no choice.
