Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Renovierung würde gut bekommen, durch die verschiedenen Häuser etwas unübersichtlich. Sehr gute Lage/Verkersanbindung. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Frühstück in Ordnung. Sauberkeit OK. Preis/Leistung etwas zu teuer.

Surprisingly annoying - I had expected good value for money and the stay didn't meet my expectations. The main reason was the low comfort in the room (it was like a sauna fom 2pm onwards) and the bloody boiler that woke me up repeatedly or made noise during the day when I needed to work. The Internet connection was slow and poor, with repeated failures. You need to make up your mind on what type of clientele you want to attract. If you want to keep focusing on business clientele, you need to upgrade your infrastructure.

You have decided to book our Economy category. For EUR 58,00 you had a standard room which was not furnished modern. Pictures what to expect here are transparent on the internet. Please take note that a boiler cannot be generated manually by our hotel staff. We suggest this kind of category for a short time of stay. There are three other categories which would be better suited to stay longer (Komfort, Business, Superior). You also can contact the reception at any time if a room does not meet your needs. We will find a satisfying solution together at the hotel. Regarding the breakfast we keep it regional. In Germany cake or porridge are not consumed for breakfast. We actually do have fruits, honey and milk at our buffet. There are also signs in front of the item in question, so you know what content each container holds. Our breakfast staff is always happy to help if some items might be missing.

Dringender Renovierungsbedarf!

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Unsere Economy Zimmer (von welchen Sie eines bewohnt hatten) sind standardmäßig ausgestattet, die Einrichtung ist jedoch nicht mehr modern. Bezüglich der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist dies sicher nicht unser Standard, den Sie erlebt haben. Generell war das Wochenende sehr heiß, was jedem ein wenig zu schaffen gemacht hat. Natürlich sollte, dies vom Personal aus nicht ersichtlich sein. Wir werden unsere Mitarbeiter noch einmal diesbezüglich schulen.

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage mit schönen, sauberen Zimmern und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Würden wir weiter empfehlen.

Ein ruhiges Zimmer können wir leider nie garantieren, da unser Hotel in der Stadtmitte liegt. Wir freuen uns an dieser Stelle sehr über Ihre Weiterempfehlung.

Alles super! Die Zimmer zum Hof sind leider nicht ruhig, da bereits um 05:30 Uhr die Küche anfängt zu klappern und lärmen
