TIENE MUCHO QUE MEJORAR EL TEMA DE LA LIMPIEZA YA QUE EN VARIAS OCACIONES ENCONTRE LA HABITACION SUCIA, EL SERVICIO DE DESAYUNO YA QUE LA SEÑORITA ERIKA TE ATIENDE MUY MAL Y TE ATIENDE DE MUY MALA MANERA. NECECITAN UN CAMBIO DE ALMOHADAS YA QUE NO PUEDES DORMIR PORQUE ESTAN MUY INCOMODAS Y CON LAS REGADERAS YA QUE NO SALE AGUA CALIENTE Y EN MAS DE 2 MESES DE ESTANCIA SOLO 1 SEMANA ME SALIO AGUA CALIENTE

Con el tema de la contingencia deberían de colocar 1 jabón para las manos y otro para la ducha, nos hospedamos 2 personas en la misma habitación y tuvimos que usar el mismo jabón.
En general todo está bien, sólo ese detalle

Hay mucho que mejorar ya que en la regadera nunca sale agua caliente siempre esta fría y las regaderas ya no sirven. En el restauran se tardan demasiado para atenderte y no te traen lo que solicitas de desayunar. En la limpieza las camas tienen cabellos y las sabanas no las cambian.
