Regularmente viajo a León por trabajo, el personal en general muy amable, cálido y accesible, las instalaciones limpias, cómodas para tener un buen descanso y ubicación que me funciona muy bien.

En la habitación 455 no sirve el aire acondicionado, la terraza no se puede utilizar en la tarde porque las luces están apagadas a partir de las 8 pm. Y están controladas por otro lugar ajeno a la habitación. La regadera está tapada y entonces el agua sale muy irregular. Creo q es necesario dar mantenimiento más frecuebte
