Location is great. Rooms are great and staff is great. We were in the conference room Ellipse 1 which is an absolute FANTASTIC meeting room. My group was extremely happy with it. HOWEVER: what needs to be absolutely improved: you need to get a printer and an office up there as it is quite not OK having to run down to reception for every print out needed or to find somebody to help. Also: the coffee break food offer was poor. few choice, nothing really healthy or fresh. This needs big improvement. also: put a coffee machine up there. coffee in thermos is very outdated and tastes awful.
