Allgemein würden wir den Eindruck als gut beschreiben. Die hohen Preise während des Aufenthalts und die Bauarbeiten sind die einzigen Minuspunkte. Leider haben sich andere Hotelgäste nicht an die Vorgaben im Ruhebereich gehalten, was ebenfalls störend war (Nutzung des Mobiltelefons, Telefonate, laute Gespräche untereinander).
Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich, die Lage top und die Sauberkeit auch perfekt.

Dear Hotel Management Heinz,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel from June 11th to June 12th. As a frequent business traveler, this is the first time I have felt compelled to write a complaint, which reflects the seriousness of the issue.

I was assigned Room 101, which, as it turned out, is located directly above the kitchen. It was very disappointing to learn that the hotel was aware of this and still proceeded to allocate the room. From late evening until approximately 2:30–3:00 a.m., there was a constant level of noise coming from the kitchen—banging sounds that resembled furniture being moved or heavy equipment in use. This made it nearly impossible to sleep.

Unfortunately, I had a very important business meeting scheduled for 8:30 a.m. the following morning. Due to the lack of rest and resulting fatigue, I was not able to perform at my best during what was a critical engagement for my company.

When I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk, I was simply told, "Sorry, your room was above the kitchen." This response was dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the circumstances.

Additionally, I would like to note that we hosted a business dinner at your hotel restaurant on the evening of June 11th and left a generous bill, expecting the overall quality and service to reflect the standards associated with your establishment.

I hope you understand the impact this experience had on both my well-being and professional obligations. I trust you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that future guests are not placed in similarly unsuitable rooms.

I would appreciate a formal response and a gesture of goodwill to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.

Die Außenanlage des Hotels ist wirklich ein Traum , gerade die vielen unterschiedlichen Rückzugsflächen. Die Außenanlage ist wirklich traumhaft angelegt.

Das Abendessen war mal besser. Es gab auch mal Cappatio. Und mehr Auswahl. Nicht mal die Alternative Schnitzel ist mehr auf der Karte. Wir hatten das Gefühl es wird ordentlich gespart.

Bis auf die oben angegebene Kritikpunkte war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit und wir haben uns wie immer sehr gut erholt.
