The facility is very nice and clean. Very beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. Best selection and quality of any hotel breakfast.
My only complaint is the mattresses. Time to upgrade.

Everything was perfet a big cozy and nice room, the hotel was so lovely and in an incredible location and the attention of Gabriela on front desk was so mervelous.

Lovely property. The leather club chairs and couches in the library and fireside in the bar made for a relaxing enjoyable respite. Bartender is outstanding! She takes her craft seriously, enjoys a conversation, and is open to educating about cocktail alchemy. Rooms are well appointed and sizeable. Adequate closet space for two people. There are two options for in-room coffee. Bathroom is a comfortable size shower. Artwork throughout hotel is a lovely surprise. Short walk to patisserie and Rainbow Street. Neighborhood is quiet but recommend room on inside (view of cathedral). Recommend staying here!

Excellent things - desk staff, breakfast, overall charm. Areas for improvement - needs updated carpeting, bathroom was small & no need for 2nd bathroom w/ only a tub.

Fine, I’ve stayed with you a few times over the years, but you need to upgrade your tv system. 4 channels were working in my room, two with sound out of sync. I didn’t plan to watch much tv but I like to see the news channels now and then
