My son stayed at your hotel in December and highly recommended it. He was absolutely right. The Holt delivers luxury highin a great location, with attentive, professional staff. A true find. My husband and I will definitely book with you on a future trip.

Wonderful! From check-in with Gabriella (LOOOOVE her!!) to our best breakfast of the whole trip (still dreaming about those cardamom knots!), and the beautiful gallery walls throughout the hotel and rooms, AND the most stunning dining room, I wish we'd stayed here when we returned to Reykjavik at the end of our trip. HIGHLY recommend and we will defintely be back on our next visit to beautiful magical Iceland!

tutto ok, Camera e bagno un po piccoli ma ok. Parti comuni, bar biblioteca, molto piacevoli. Colazione abbondante e varia. Il dover chiedere alla reception di rifare la cam se no non viene fatto, diciamo che e' poco da 4 stelle come pratica, ma ok, accettabile.

Das Zimmer war etwas kl. Kleiderschrank war für 2Pers. in Winterzeit zu kl. Badezimmer top, Bett super.
Safe im Zimmer nicht vorhanden, wie auch seltsamerweise keine WC-Bürste, erst auf Anfrage erhalten. Das Reinigungspersonal kommt nur auf Anfrage. Es wird dazwischen nicht einmal der Abfalleimer geleert od. Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Frühstücksbuffet gut und ausreichend, wurde mehrmals aufgefüllt. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Lage.

Das Zimmer war klein und sauber, Badezimmer top, das Bett super. Kleiderschrank war für zwei Pers. für Winterzeit etwas zu klein. Safe wie auch ein kl. Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht vorhanden. Seltsamerweise auch keine WC-Bürste, auf Anfrage dann erhalten. Zimmer Reinigung ebenfalls nur auf Anfrage, haben wir erst nach 6Tagen Aufenthalt erfahren, aber auch nur weil wir nachgefragt haben. Das Reinigungspersonal kommt nicht einmal den Abfalleimer leeren od. das Toilettenpapier auffüllen, ohne Aufforderung. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend und frische Waren. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Excellent experience. When there was a difficulty with the electrical outlets etc., they readily moved us to a different room. Rooms were a good size and layout and staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us.
