Charming ambiance. Breakfast was good and the room lovely. Very comfortable mattress. Room was a bit dated and could use a little pick me up but our suite was roomy. Concierge very helpful with dinner suggestions and making reservations for our large group. Hotel was in a convenient location. Overall we had a nice stay.

The location of the hotel was convenient and walkable to center city, places of interest and restaurants. The room sizes were on the small size but adequate. The bed was comfortable.

On the downside, the noise from outside the hotel (or maybe downstairs) was very loud late at night. We heard music and singing. The person on the day shift at the desk was somewhat helpful but could be very temperamental at times.

Having two small blankets on the bed is not nearly as comfortable as having one large blanket.

Our stay could not have been better. The location was great. The staff was exceptional, always courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was always perfect. The bartender was the "best". Overall, the Hotel Holt was fantastic.

It was good. But it would have been great if we had a refrigerator and a safe in the room.

I almost always stay at the Holt, and this time, once again, I enjoyed my visit. My requests were granted (e.g. late check-out), and my needs were addressed (broken coffee machine in my room). Many thanks!

Service was excellent, Gabriella was incredible, she was a great help. But the room hellishly overpriced for what it was. The Bathroom cramped and dated as well as the furniture in the suite.

Our stay at Hotel Holt was very pleasant, and we were impressed by all of the wonderful artwork. We especially appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, in particular Gabriela, who helped with a good number of arrangements: scheduling visits to points of interest (such as Perlan), taxi pick-ups, as well as restaurant suggestions and booking.

The only complication was having booked the hotel with Hotels.com, who refused to adjust the dates of our stay, even though the request was made well within the cancellation period. We had to forfeit payment for 2 nights that we were not there. We recommend booking directly with the hotel in the future.
