We loved our stay at Hotel Hornsgatan. We had a room (private bathroom) across the courtyard. It took about a day to orient ourselves, but everything was great after that. A big plus is the delicious breakfast (eggs, cheese, sweets, cold meats, juice, cereal, etc.), where we enjoyed meeting other travelers. A grocery is about a block in either direction. Our room adjoined a kitchenette, where we could use the stove, fridge, and microwave. The front desk folks were super. Christian gave us lots of tips on what to see and how to get around. The young lady on duty when we left (8/8) called us a cab & made sure we got off OK. It’s about a 10-15 min. walk to the Old Town, but very do-able. I’m 76 & walked almost everywhere (metro station only a couple of blocks away & easy to use).
