Everything was almost perfect

The service was personnalisez, the pool was super nice with a resting zone and very quite & relaxing, the breakfast was delicious with a perfect service

Just one thing for the train ticket, I asked for a specified time for a special train but got a wrong ticket which made me wait for 30mn at the train station under the sun, I contacted the reception but the person just blamed me about not giving her the detail about the train ( which I did) so quite disappointed about this which ruined my experience at the end

Perfect location near everything, very friendly and accommodating staff. Early check in availability was a relief after a long flight and luggage storage for late flight was perfect! Breakfast had good variety. Room was clean, mini bar was a nice touch, balcony was nice. Very safe for solo female travellers and clean!
