Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen und die Hotelangestellten waren freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Nachdem wir zunächst ein straßenseitiges und daher ein lautes Zimmer hatten, wurde uns freundlicherweise sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten.

This group of professionals went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The location in the middle of the Spanish Quarter puts this very well ran property in the center of all there is to do and see....To my new friends, Marco, Luca y Nello: Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Meeting you made our stay even better. Napoli is a crazy city.....crazy good.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Naples. The rooms were super clean and well appointed. Breakfast was varied and included a fresh fruit salad which was amazingly delicious. The folks at the desk and all the staff were very nice and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend Hotel 11 Convento. Valerie & Joe
