Hotel Il Convento was everything we hoped it would be. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel special on my partners' birthday. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to stay in the heart of Naples' Spanish Quarter.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay. The service at the reception was impeccable (in getting us a cab, giving us directions, etc), the room was highly functional and well laid out, and we appreciated the generous breakfast. The shower stall was a little tight but I don’t see how that could be changed given the original configuration of the bathrooms. The location is the only thing that keeps me from recommending it to everyone— we loved staying in yhe Spanish Quarter but know it may not be to everyone’s taste.

Very poor value. 188 euro for a poor room , it is NOT a deluxe room. Needs refurbishment. Headboard of bed marked . Uncared for.
